Position Details:

  

The roles and responsibilities of the Human Resource manager includes but not limited to

  • Administers human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Plans organizes, and controls all activities of the department. 
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Works with administrative teams to evaluate and identify human resource needs within the organization and develop an action plan to address such needs.
  • Rewrites job descriptions as necessary; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises, as necessary.
  • Provides personnel recruiting support and strategy to ensure the company attracts      the best talent.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the handbook on policies and procedures.
  • Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex,      specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to      administer and execute routine tasks in      delicate circumstances, such as providing reasonable accommodations,      investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and recommended best practices.
  • Work with leaders to turn culture vision into tangible actions and artifacts
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new      technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements: — Current OT License in the state of Texas — CPR certification — Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required — Previous pediatric experience strongly preferred,
