Training Attendee Agreement

This Training Attendee Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for individuals registering for training sessions ("Attendees") provided by Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting. By completing the registration process, Attendees agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Registration and Payment

· Registration for training is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.

· Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Credit Policy

· If an Attendee is unable to attend the scheduled training, a credit will be applied for use toward an upcoming training session.

· Credits must be used within 60 days of the original training date.

· Credits are transferable and may only be transferred by the original registrant with request in writing.

3. Recording Prohibition

· Attendees are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any portion of the training session, including but not limited to audio, video, and written materials.

· Violations of this prohibition may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to civil action for damages and injunctive relief.

4. Intellectual Property

· All materials provided during the training session, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the Organizer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

· Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Informational Purpose

· The training is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

· The Organizer does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the training.

6. General Provisions

· The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the training session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Attendees will be notified promptly, and any applicable credits, refunds and/or rescheduling dates will be issued.
