Job description and responsibilities:

We are searching for a wonderful pediatric occupational therapist to join our dynamic team. If you are looking for flexibility, a non-traditional pediatric work environment, the opportunity to collaborate with others in the community and a chance to play a pivotal role in impacting the lives of children in positive ways, AVILO is the place for you. The position is full-time, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as off days or flex days.

- Lead pediatric therapy treatment groups 

- Conduct professional development trainings 

- Participate in research and data analysis projects

- Consult with community stakeholders in the early childhood sector.

Requirements:
— Current OT License for occupational therapist in the state of Texas
— CPR certification
— Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
— Previous pediatric experience strongly preferred. A minimum of 1 year or more of pediatric experience is ideal!
