Job description and responsibilities:
We are searching for a wonderful pediatric speech and language pathologist to join our dynamic team. If you are looking for flexibility, a fun and non-traditional pediatric work environment, the opportunity to collaborate with others in the community and a chance to play a pivotal role in impacting the lives of children in positive ways, AVILO is the place for you.
The position Is part time at 20 hours per week.
Expect to be fulfilled and empowered with your work! Through:
- Lead pediatric therapy treatment groups
- Individualized evaluation and treatment sessions
- Mentor pediatric professionals
- Consult with community stakeholders in the early childhood sector.

Requirements:
— Current SLP License for speech therapy in the state of Texas
— CPR certification
— Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
— Previous pediatric experience strongly preferred. A minimum of 1 year or more of pediatric experience is ideal!
