Registration options include: Individual registration and group registration for the Inaugural Neurodiversity Children's Conference – in-person in Houston, Texas. Register early, seats are limited.

Saturday, Feb 28, 2026 - Conference: 8:30am - 4:45pm. Post Conference Reception immediately following the conference.

Individual Registration Refund Policy

Refunds/transfers must be requested in writing to ndchild@avilopeds.com.

By Feb 19, 2026: Refund, minus 10% processing fee.

After Feb 19, 2026 or no-show: No refund.

Transfers: Allowed to transfer to another attendee if requested in writing by February 20, 2026.

10% Group Discount is available for groups of 5 or more. Email us at

The registrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting and Occupation in Motion DBA OIM, harmless from and against any and all claims, causes of action, judgments, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising as a result of attending the conference, including, but not limited to liability for loss or damage to property and liability for personal injury or death of any person.

Change of Date/Conference Cancelation:

Should any situation beyond the control of Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting and Occupation in Motion DBA OIM, arise to cancel the 2026 Neurodiversity Children’s Conference, Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting and Occupation in Motion DBA OIM will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the registrant except the cost of the registration amount.

I consent to photos and videos being taken and used by the conference organizers for promotional or educational purposes without additional approval or compensation.
