Neurodiversity Children's Conference

We’re thrilled to announce the first-ever Neurodiversity Children's Conference in Houston, Texas!


This inaugural event is designed for early childhood professionals; doctors, parents and caregivers, teachers, nurses, therapists, leaders in the field and beyond who support children with neurodiverse needs. 


Hosted by Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting and OIM, 501c3, this full-day conference experience at the Embassy Suites  Houston- Energy Corridor on February 28, 2026, will feature inspiring speakers, expert masterclasses, great food, and a vibrant community...all focused on empowering those who support children with differences in development.

OUR MISSION:

Our mission for the Neurodiversity Children's Conference is to build an empowered community of people who are able to support children with neurodiverse needs. This is established through programs that teach and grow the knowledge base of the community, events that inspire people to action, collaboration with real people and organizations and by providing evidence that shows how an empowered community can greatly impact the lives of children with neurodiverse needs.

The conference will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 8:30 AM – 4:45 PM.


This conference is designed for Early Childhood 0-5:

  • Advocates interested in neurodiversity


Your registration is complete once payment has been received. After submitting the form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 24 hours. Click on this link to registrar:

Refunds and transfers must be requested in writing to ndchild@avilopeds.com.

  • By January 4, 2026: Refunds will be issued minus a 10% processing fee.
     
  • After January 4, 2026 or for no-shows: No refunds will be issued.
     
  • Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another attendee if requested by February 4, 2026.


Yes. Transfers are accepted until February 14, 2026, and must be requested in writing via ndchild@avilopeds.com.


If circumstances beyond our control require the event to be canceled, Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting and OIM will refund the registration fee only. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses.


Yes! Breakfast and lunch are included with your registration. Please indicate dietary restrictions on your registration form so we can accommodate your needs.
