Our Mission

Our mission for the Neurodiversity Children’s Conference is to cultivate an empowered community dedicated to supporting children with neurodiverse and special needs. We achieve this by:

  • Expanding knowledge through educational workshops that equip families, professionals, and advocates.
  • Inspiring action with events that spark meaningful engagement and change.
  • Fostering collaboration with individuals and organizations committed to inclusion.
  • Demonstrating impact through evidence that shows how collective empowerment transforms the lives of neurodiverse children.

Together, we strive to create a future where every child’s unique strengths are recognized, supported, and celebrated.

Frequently Asked Questions

The conference will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 8:30 AM – 4:45 PM. Conference reception immediately following.


This conference is designed for Early Childhood 0-5:

  • Therapists and educators
     
  • Parents and caregivers
     
  • Pediatricians and Nurses


  • Mental health professionals
     
  • Advocates interested in neurodiversity


Your registration is complete once payment has been received. After submitting the form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 24 hours. Click on this link to register:  https://avilopeds.com/registration-1


Full registration includes:

  • General admission to all sessions and panels

Refunds and transfers must be requested in writing to ndchild@avilopeds.com.

  • By Feb 1, 2026: Refunds for individual conference purchases will be issued minus a 10% processing fee.
     
  • Feb 2, 2026 or after or for no-shows: No refunds will be issued.
     
  • Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another attendee if requested by February 20, 2026.



Yes. Transfers are accepted until February 20, 2026, and must be requested in writing via ndchild@avilopeds.com.


If circumstances beyond our control require the event to be canceled, Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting and OIM will refund the registration fee only minus the 10% processing fee. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses.

The full conference is in-person and there is no virtual conference option at this time.


Although the conference is about supporting children with neurodiverse needs, this is an adult only event. 


By attending, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting and Occupation in Motion DBA OIM from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the event, including property loss or personal injury.
