At Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting, our story began with a passion for helping children succeed. Our expert pediatric occupational therapists, speech therapists and play therapists saw a need for personalized, results-driven care, and set out to provide therapy that can meet the need of the children we serve.
We offer pediatric occupational, speech and mental health therapy services for children with a variety needs ranging from; developmental concerns, mental health challenges, feeding delays, sensory processing needs, motor delays, communication delays and behavioral . and attention deficits to name a few.

Yes, we provide pediatric services for newborns(as young as a few weeks old) up through the teenage years(18 y/o).
After you have completed and submitted all of the intake forms through our online portal, you do not have to bring any intake paperwork with you to the appointment unless otherwise advised.
If you are coming in for a feeding evaluation we do ask that you bring simple feeding tools and food that your child typically eats or uses. For example:
1. A feeding bottle with formula/milk inside
2. Frequently used cups, spoons
3. Pacifier if used
4. A small container with lid of less than 4 oz of food inside
If you are coming in for any other type of evaluation, please contact our office prior to your appointment to determine what the therapist may have you bring with you if required.
We require all intake forms to be submitted through our secure online portal prior to the evaluation/first appointment. Our therapists use the intake information to complete a detailed chart review to prepare for the evaluation appointment for each patient.
No. Every state now has some form of direct access to therapy, which means you can visit us first for your evaluation and our office will obtain a referral from your PCP or other medical practitioner source during the intake process.
We are in-network with most major insurance companies, including Cigna, Anthem, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicaid. If you have specific questions about your particular plan, please give us a call. We’d be happy to verify your benefits.
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Please note that copayments and coinsurances will be collected at the time of service. We do not accept cash payments.
We ask that all new patients arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to complete any remaining intake processes. Patients that are more than 15 minutes late after their scheduled appointment time will have to reschedule their appointment.
For safety purposes, siblings are not allowed inside of our therapy treatment rooms but if needed, siblings can wait in the clinic lobby as long as parent is available to supervise.
